b. 3D Model Uploads and Licensing
In the event the Service allows you to upload or submit 3D model files ("3D Models"):
- Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your 3D Models. We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content, including your 3D Models.

- Warranties: You represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights, power, and authority to grant the above license and that your 3D Models do not infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party"s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other proprietary or intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The content on the Service (excluding User Content), including text, graphics, images, software, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to us, subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under law.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
